In CC 2015.1, the square style script UI buttons have 27 pixels of spacing between the edge of the text and the edge of the button (left and right sides). In CS6, there is only have 4 only pixels of space on each side. This is adding and 46 pixels of extra horizontal space for each button. Is there a way to reduce this spacing? I tried settings margins and spacing for the button text but it has no effect. I then tried setting the button width. This can reduce it down to 14 pixels of space but the buttons won't shrink anymore than that.
My scripts UIs have limited space to work with. I'm trying to keep the UIs only 300 pixels wide so they are out of way for image viewing. With the extra button spacing in CC2015.1, it pushes the UI width well past 400 pixels wide.
