The Adobe Bug Report form does not have a selection for ExtendScript Toolkit,
which has a quirk that is becoming a real pain in the xxx for me, and
probably anyone else running Windows who regularly includes Unicode
characters in their text.
The problem — Windows Alt codes don’t work in the Script Editor.
These codes are how you quickly enter Unicode characters not on the keyboard.
Having to paste them in from somewhere else is not convenient.
The Script Editor is the only text or document processor I’ve used
that exhibits this problem — and I’ve been at this a number of years.
This needs to be fixed!
So how do I report it?
