How to get the blend options of a layer?

Hi,

I try to retrieve the blend options of a layer, but I cannot figure out how to retrieve them. I can get the layer effects but cannot find any reference how to extract the blend options. I tried the following library, but it does not seem to work either when it comes to belnd options.
