How to get all path layers from groups/document

Hi. Im trying to make some script like "webbsy"(auto export psd to html and css). Problem is that i need to get array of layers paths to analyse it which need to merge and white not. Standard layer looping is good , create path is quite simple but is soo slow. Im trying to get same thing through Action Reference but no lack for now. If is hard to imagine what im meaning what is "layer path" i put little example
